3Account Security

4Deposits & Withdrawals

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
jz387 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, unverified identity, or violation of applicable policies. Additional verification procedures may apply to suspicious transactions.
5Bonuses & Promotions
The following general terms apply to the use of jz387's bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms for each offer may apply separately.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus cash-out.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
- Multiple accounts from the same household may not claim the same bonus.
- jz387 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
6Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on jz387 is governed by the following rules:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Game results affected by technical errors are subject to jz387's discretion.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors in any game is prohibited.
- In sports betting, event results are determined according to the official authority's announcement.
- Match manipulation or betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited.
jz387 reserves the right to suspend any bet if a suspicious betting pattern is detected, and to take appropriate action after investigation.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz387 platform:
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
- Operating multiple accounts or creating more than one account under the same identity.
- Using the platform with the intent to harm others.
- Attempting to hack the system, steal data, or breach platform security.
- Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system.
- Offensive, hateful, or harassing behavior.
If any of these activities are proven, jz387 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
